Everyone from the front desk to the support staff in the patient room were prompt, friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Crandall did a great job assessing my dental health and providing me with all my options for keeping my teeth healthy. I will recommend this practice to all my friends.

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist, but I had a cracked tooth that was giving me so much pain. Dr. Crandall's group made me feel so welcome! Mackenzie and Mrs. Deanne at the front desk were so sweet and greeted me with big smiles. Stephanie and Cassidy were amazing throughout the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable. Best Dr. in the DFW area. Dr. Crandall and his staff are very talented. He runs a smooth office. He is honest and caring. I refuse to see another Dentist, even if I have to drive 1 hour to see him. Do yourself a favor and go see him.

I've gone to Dr. Crandall for 20+ years. He's a wonderful, ethical dentist and a truly kind man. I've never heard him ever be rude or short with his staff. I notice that he always thanks them throughout every procedure continuously. It's very genuine and refreshing. Thank you, Dr. Crandall for being a servant leader.
